The Head Coach will organize practices, recruit student‑athletes, manage budgets, and ensure academic progress while complying with NCAA and NEWMAC regulations.

The role requires 3–5 years of head coaching experience preferred, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 2–4 years of collegiate coaching experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to student development in academics and character.

Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct team practices and travel for events.
• Develop and execute a recruiting plan for prospective student‑athletes.
• Serve in an administrative capacity, including game management and a secondary duty.
• Oversee student‑athlete academic progress and well‑being.
• Engage alumni and lead fundraising initiatives.
