Reporting to the Director of Student Engagement & Support, the Assistant/Associate Director manages programs and services for students at the Cornish College of the Arts (CCA) at Seattle University, located on the South Lake Union campus. The role promotes student learning and engagement outside the classroom through tailored programs and services, supporting student safety, wellness, and retention by providing direct support and collaborating with various university departments.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field, with 3+ years of experience in higher education. Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in relevant fields and 3+ years of post-graduate experience. Knowledge of student development, crisis management, and Jesuit education.
