Job summary

100KCrossing seeks an Assembly Production Supervisor to lead a day-to-day assembly zone in Ripon, WI. You will guide production schedules, uphold a safety-first culture, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

As a frontline leader, you will coach and mentor team members, manage front-line relations, and collaborate with union stewards and technical staff to ensure reliability and performance on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a medium-to-high volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily assembly zone activities to meet production schedules and targets.
• Lead safety initiatives and train team members on safety protocols.
• Foster continuous improvement and lean practices; reduce waste and WIP.
• Coach and supervise production team on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Ensure training for new and existing employees in safety, 5S, and equipment operation.
• Interface with technical, engineering, and maintenance staff to ensure equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with Union Stewards on contractual procedures and disciplinary matters.
