Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership support for the department and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
• Oversee assembly processes and train team members on procedures and KPIs.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to specifications; drive continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory and supplies using Oracle ERP and related applications.
• Promote safety and ensure a compliant manufacturing environment.
• Prepare and communicate production status reports to leadership.
