Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant operations and customer service, supervising team performance.
• Lead and develop team through recruitment, training, and assigning daily goals.
• Maintain brand standards, merchandising, and inventory.
• Handle office tasks including receiving, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll.
• Support forecasting and budgeting by analyzing sales reports.
• Address routine issues and escalate complex problems.
