Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have previous Manager experience running high volume locations.
• A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.

• Lead a team of Department Managers and provide coaching and direction to improve departments.
• Set restaurant goals with leadership and create plans to achieve them.
• Help departments and shifts meet McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
