Job summary

McDonald's Griffin, GA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to uphold Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards across the restaurant. You will lead a team of Department Managers, set goals with leadership, coach and direct staff to improve performance and guest experience.

Ideal candidates have prior management of high-volume Quick Service Restaurant operations, with hospitality or retail background. You must be 18+ to manage in our restaurants.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have previous Manager experience running high volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Department Managers, setting goals and providing coaching and direction to improve departments.
• Work with leaders to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them.
• Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
