McDonald’s is seeking an Assistant General Manager to work alongside the General Manager in Grinnell, IA. You will lead restaurant operations, develop people, and ensure an outstanding customer experience by upholding McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

The role emphasizes people leadership, process excellence, and a path to full certification as a General Manager through training and development opportunities.

Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and experienced Assistant General Managers to support our McDonald’s restaurants. As an Assistant General Manager (AGM), you’ll work side-by-side with the General Manager to lead the restaurant, develop people, and deliver an outstanding experience for our customers.

AGMs ensure the restaurant operates profitably while upholding McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

If you have previous quick-service or fast casual management experience and are interested in pursuing McDonald’s restaurant management the AGM role could be for you. Selected candidates will qualify for training and development opportunities to earn the qualifications needed to be fully certified as a McDonald’s General Manager.
