Responsibilities

  • Support the provider with day-to-day needs.
  • Schedule patient appointments.
  • Conduct follow-up calls.
  • Manage Cerner messages.
  • Maintain and update the provider's schedule.
  • Communicate and collaborate with multiple departments.
  • Provide basic administrative and technical support: calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, invoice processing, inquiries, and issue resolution.

Role Overview

This position provides administrative support to the Providers in the Pediatric Urology Department. The role ensures smooth daily operations and coordination of patient care activities.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Support the provider with day-to-day needs
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Conduct follow-up calls
  • Manage Cerner messages
  • Maintain and update the provider's schedule
  • Communicate and collaborate with multiple departments
  • Provide basic administrative and technical support, including:
    • Calendar management
    • Meeting coordination
    • Travel arrangements
    • Invoice processing
    • Responding to inquiries
    • Address basic administrative or technical issues with minimal guidance

Qualifications
