Responsibilities

• Assist Account Management with all aspects of the account-service process.
• Respond to policy inquiries via phone and email; handle coverage questions.
• Handle service work: certificates of insurance, policy changes, client payments.
• Participate in renewal preparation and generate renewal updates.
• Support marketing to carriers and coordinate premium financing if needed.
• Maintain accurate files and update HUB systems; ensure data accuracy.
