Artists First is seeking an experienced entertainment Assistant in Los Angeles. The role requires a proactive self-starter with excellent communication and meticulous attention to detail to manage high-volume information and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities include supporting a Partner/Manager/Producer, handling calls, scheduling, travel, auditions, and coordinating with agents, publicists, attorneys, and productions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience as an entertainment assistant.
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self sufficiency; the ability to anticipate needs, be proactive, and follow through.
  • Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
  • Interest in growing as a manager preferred.
  • Based in Los Angeles and willing to commute to our Century City office 5-days a week.

Artists First is seeking an experienced entertainment Assistant. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. The ability to multitask, manage a high-volume of information, and handle shifting priorities is essential to the position.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience as an entertainment assistant. Agency/management experience strongly preferred
