Job summary

Target in California, MD is hiring an Assets Protection Team Leader to drive security culture, crisis response, and guest safety. You will lead a team of hourly associates, set priorities, and coordinate with store leadership to prevent theft and ensure safety.

You will oversee investigations, train staff on security procedures, and implement loss-prevention strategies while maintaining excellent guest experiences and store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Retail or loss prevention experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable.
• Effective communication skills.
• Flexible schedule and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model best practices in assets protection and safety.
• Coordinate security for store operations and events.
• Oversee investigations into internal and external theft.
