Target is seeking an Assets Protection Specialist at our Bellevue, WA location. This full-time role focuses on guest safety, theft prevention, and maintaining product availability through vigilant surveillance and proactive incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners and tech equipment as directed.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful interaction.
• Assist guests in finding products and resolving issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Support store operations and prevent theft through surveillance and documentation.
• Identify theft trends and report incidents following AP policy and procedures.
• Maintain safety culture and collaborate with public safety officials as needed.
