Job summary

Middle River Power is seeking a Manager of Asset Strategy & Finance to perform financial analysis and performance management across our portfolio of power generation assets. You will partner with Asset Management, Operations, Accounting, and Commercial teams to develop forecasts, budgets, and insights that drive operational and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7+ years of relevant finance/asset management experience; power/energy industry preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, valuation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning for assigned power assets.
• Analyze asset-level performance, including budget-to-actual results, cash flows, variances, and key drivers.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate asset performance, investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Asset Management and Operations to optimize financial performance and asset returns.
