We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning and Analysis, Manager to join a dynamic developer, owner operator of power generation assets. The ideal candidate will lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes specific to natural gas power generation.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and models to support decision-making and performance evaluation.
  • Monitor and analyze financial trends, variances, and key performance indicators within the power markets.
  • Lead financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business development.
  • Review and reconcile financial data, transactions, and accounts related to power generation activities.
  • Lead month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and maintaining general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare tax returns, audits, and compliance filings.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on special projects and initiatives.
  • Provide support to senior leadership as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Experience with project finance and three‑statement modeling (income statement, cash flow, balance sheet).
  • 6‑10 years of experience in finance, preferably within power generation, oil and gas, or data centers.
