Job summary

MD&A is seeking an Engineering Manager for its Generator division in St. Louis, MO. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of engineering experience in the power industry and proven leadership skills to build and manage diverse engineering teams.

You will coordinate with other managers, oversee budgets, and drive project strategies from planning through execution, while mentoring staff and ensuring quality in engineering outputs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience in the power industry.
• Master's degree in engineering management, technical management, or business administration.
• Generator field and stator experience.

Responsibilities

• Propose and manage budgets and score cards for each project.
• Manage the reverse engineering team in the STL shop.
• Plan and execute strategies for completing projects on time.
• Coordinate with field teams and shop teams as applicable.
• Assist in the engineering mentoring program.
