Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with software implementation.
• Minimum of 4 years in project/program management or professional services.
• Strong operational, project management and communication skills.
• Experience implementing large-scale software solutions lifecycle.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into solutions.
• Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Leadership and teamwork to coordinate across the organization.
• Drive to win deals and accelerate the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customer needs and translate them into solutions.
• Draft proposals and statements of work with clear deliverables.
• Collaborate with Commercial Sales and Professional Services Delivery.
• Design and refine implementation and expansion offerings.
• Manage customer requirements and participate in discovery and RFP reviews.
• Present services philosophy, methodology and best practices to customers.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and customers as trusted advisor.
• Travel to visit customers and partners up to 25% of the time.
