Job summary

DTCC in Tampa, FL seeks a capable supervisor to lead the Enterprise Business Operations team within the DTC/NSCC/FICC groups. You will ensure adherence to procedures, meet critical timeframes, and directly manage staff.

You will develop others, identify training gaps, mitigate risk, and focus on delivering responsive internal and external client service while applying complex regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities of a designated team. Ensures strict adherence to procedures and critical timeframes; ability to manage competing priorities. Directly manages people.
• Strong evaluator with focus on development of others to perform by providing ongoing feedback and by providing opportunities to learn through formal and informal methods. Identifies training gaps and implements appropriate actions to resolve.
• Identifies and mitigates risk by having knowledge of department controls with the ability to spot key opportunities and identify root cause issues.
• Maintains a steadfast focus on meeting the needs/requests of our internal and external clients, including responding to inquiries timely and accurately, resolving issues promptly. Resolves exceptions, assists with complex inquiries.
