Job summary

DTCC in the United States is seeking a Corporate Actions Senior Analyst to provide client support and operational execution for Asset Servicing products. You will respond to inquiries via Salesforce, phone, and web portal, while ensuring timely resolutions and adherence to procedures.

You will work with Operations, Agents, Participants, and Relationship Management to maintain strong client relationships, handle complex issues, and participate in process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience within financial services, securities operations, asset servicing, Corporate Actions, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and respond to client inquiries related to Corporate Actions and Asset Services products and services through Salesforce, telephone, and the web portal.
• Execute operational processes in accordance with documented procedures and job aids, including specialized workflows, exception handling, and complex client inquiries.
• Take ownership of assigned workload and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and within established procedures, service expectations, metrics, and critical timeframes while effectively managing competing priorities.
• Identify and escalation complex or time-sensitive client issues appropriately and partner with internal stakeholders to support timely resolution.
• Maintain a strong focus on client service by providing timely, accurate, and professional responses throughout the inquiry and resolution process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Operations and Agents, to facilitate issue resolution, process improvements, and risk reduction.
• Apply departmental risk and control requirements to day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk and
• Identify opportunities to improve procedures, processes, client experience, and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills, actively participate in meetings, and demonstrate curiosity and a commitment to continued learning.
• Support knowledge sharing and facilitate training for junior team members as directed by management.
• Participate in departmental projects and initiatives.
