Job summary

DTCC in Tampa, FL is seeking a Client Connectivity Services Specialist to connect clients to DTCC using various transfer protocols, configuring data delivery, and ensuring timely, accurate delivery. You will work with internal teams to gather data and resolve issues.

You will support weekend and holiday coverage, train junior staff, and adhere to SOPs and risk controls while coordinating with stakeholders across the firm.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Well organized, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Broad knowledge of transfer protocols (FTP/S, SFTP, IBM MQ Messaging, Connect: Direct - NDM) and computing systems including Linux/Unix and IBM Mainframe.
• Good understanding of IT networking.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and validates required data from clients to establish connection to DTCC’s network.
• Configures data delivery with adherence to procedures.
• Represents customer needs with internal teams and manages client expectations.
• Provides weekend/holiday support and trains junior staff.
• Documents work using Knowledge Centered Service (KCS) methodologies.
