• Strong knowledge of Commercial Property Management processes and procedures.
• Basic understanding of budgeting and cost control.
• 5+ years Commercial Property Management or Facilities Management experience.
• Real Estate license preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for the portfolio.
• Coordinate monthly inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs and special projects.
• Interface with tenants, vendors and contractors to ensure timely response to issues.
• Manage contracted services to meet budgets and contract specs.
• Create work orders and review/approve maintenance bids and scope of work.
• Lead the Engineering Team in preventive maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Ensure property meets client and KM standards and shows well to tenants and owners.
