Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or equivalent education/experience.
• 5+ years accounting experience with 2+ years in the property management industry.
• Proficiency with property management accounting systems (Skyline, MRI, Yardi, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the integrity of tenant data in property management accounting system.
• Prepare timely financial reports and reconciliations for clients.
• Ensure accuracy of journal entries and general ledger with Property Manager.
• Prepare accruals and reforecasts as required for Client reports.
• Support month-end close and CAM reconciliations with the Property Team.
