Job summary

Urban Renaissance Group is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a Bellevue portfolio, coordinating tenant relations, vendor management, and financial performance.

You will lead capital projects, ensure safety, prepare budgets and reports, and maintain revenue enhancements while upholding high service standards. This role requires strong organizational skills and professional communication.

Qualifications

• 3 - 4+ years full time experience managing commercial properties including experience with significant operational issues such as operational emergencies or building renovation.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Yardi experience preferred, but not required.
• Associates degree in Business Management preferred.
• Demonstrates professionalism in every aspect of work performance including positive, enthusiastic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including tenant and client relations.
• Develop and execute building improvement programs and manage projects.
• Review and manage service contracts and vendor relationships within budget.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and budgets.
• Ensure fire/life safety programs and emergency procedures are in place.
• Review lease documents and rent rolls; maintain CAM/tax processes.
• Lead accounting processes: A/R, invoices, billbacks.
• Establish relationships with tenants and vendors for best-in-class service.
