CSC Leasing is seeking an Associate, Asset Management in Richmond, VA. You will drive off-lease returns, sales, and inventory activities from start to finish, optimizing value and maintaining strong customer relations.

You will report to the VP, Asset Management and work with the Sr. Associate to own the function, ensuring efficient processes, high-quality outcomes, and measurable KPIs across returns, sales, and inventory.

Qualificações

• Ability to manage high volumes of returns, sales, and inventory with accuracy.
• Strong initiative, reliability, and ability to follow through.
• Proven communication skills with customers and internal partners.
• Comfort with coordinating logistics and processes end-to-end.

Responsabilidades

• Owning off-lease returns process from end to end and coordinating logistics.
• Delivering a best-in-class customer experience throughout returns.
• Owning off-lease sales from end to end and negotiating with partners.
• Building and executing disposition strategies and remarketing campaigns.
• Managing aging inventory and running quarterly audits.
• Creating sharp reporting on returns, sales, and inventory activity.
