Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience in client-facing or operations roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and build relationships with sophisticated counterparties.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Post-term-sheet execution responsibilities including onboarding, documentation, and lease commencement.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Legal, Operations, and Finance to move deals forward.
• Maintain pipeline visibility, forecasting, and client relationships through funding.
