Job summary

CSC Leasing Company is seeking an Associate, Asset Management in Richmond to drive off-lease returns, sales, and inventory movements. You will own end-to-end processes, coordinate with disposition partners, and push for optimal profitability while maintaining superior customer service.

You will report to the VP, Asset Management with mentorship from the Sr. Associate, Asset Management, gaining ownership and impact in a growing equipment-finance environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the off-lease returns process from end to end, including customer communications and logistics coordination.
• Lead off-lease sales end to end, including disposition strategy and negotiations with partners.
• Manage aging inventory, run remarketing campaigns, and drive inventory velocity.
• Build and maintain reporting on returns, sales, and inventory activity and KPI performance.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience across returns and sales, sustaining positive customer relationships.
