Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience in sales support or operations.
• Proven experience in client-facing, sales support, or operations.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or CRM system.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivots, and data modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/economics or related field.
• In-office role in Richmond, VA; remote work not available.

Responsibilities

• Post-term-sheet deal execution and onboarding coordination.
• Cross-functional coordination with Credit, Legal, Operations, and Finance.
• Pipeline management and weekly/monthly reporting.
• Onboarding new clients and maintaining active accounts during funding.
• Attend and contribute to Sales and Investment Committee discussions.
