Job summary

Chase is seeking an Asset Remarketing Operations Manager in Tempe, AZ to oversee title support staff and ensure timely processing. You will monitor processes, oversee reporting, and optimize workflows while ensuring compliance with bank policy. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, plus experience in title processing on a national basis.

This is an in-office position. You will lead performance reviews, administer processes, and collaborate with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to analyze department reporting to identify process gaps and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Title support staff ensuring adherence to procedures, standards, and policy.
• Administer performance management reviews and discussions with team.
• Monitor title process to assure timely execution and accurate task documentation.
• Ensure system data integrity by monitoring daily department tasks and lists.
• Identify and resolve situations delaying title applications and determine best method.
• Monitor process flows to identify efficiency opportunities and implement solutions.
• Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reporting; validate and summarize scores.
• Review and authorize payment of title service invoices and bills.
• Require 5 days per week in the office.
