Bridgecrest Credit Company, LLC is seeking a Remarketing Operations Manager to lead a team of Transportation Coordinators and drive efficient vehicle delivery to auction. You will assess performance, coach staff, and implement process improvements across remarketing operations.

The role requires on-site leadership, 2+ years in management within a call center or retail setting, and familiarity with vehicle titles and FDCPA principles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of management experience in a call center or retail environment.
• Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is a plus.
• Must be comfortable working on site.
• Familiarity with vehicle titles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages Transportation Coordinators and vendors to ensure vehicles reach auction on time.
• Monitors and reviews staff performance using formal reviews and development plans.
• Set daily/monthly goals and strategy for the team for long-term success.
• Provide training and coaching to ensure quality customer service.
• Identify methods to improve remarketing operations and resource use.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance.
• Oversee project management with strategic partners.
