Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Remarketing Operations Manager to lead Transportation Coordinators and external vendors, ensuring timely vehicle delivery to auction and adherence to policy. You will coach staff, set goals, and drive continuous process improvement across remarketing operations.

You will coach teams to deliver quality customer service, collaborate with internal departments, and manage projects with partners while maintaining compliance and on-site leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of management experience in a call center or retail environment.
• Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is a plus.
• Must be comfortable working on site.
• Familiarity with vehicle titles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Transportation Coordinators and vendors to ensure vehicles are delivered to auction within company expectations
• Monitors and reviews the work of Coordinators to ensure it is effective, and within Company and Legal policy
• Provide daily/monthly goals and strategy to their team that will maximize long-term success
• Administer continuous training and coaching to ensure quality customer service
• Identifies and recommends methods to improve management and operations of remarketing operations involving enhanced work processes, increased responsiveness, efficient use of resources and quality service delivery
• Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure all business and compliance practices are followed
• Interact with department vendors to manage remarketing processes
• Oversee various aspects of project management with strategic business partners
