Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Remarketing Coordinator in Mesa, AZ to work with field remarketers and auction officials to maximize returns on Bridgecrest/DriveTime vehicles. You will track vehicles through the auction process and maintain inventory at appropriate levels.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. On-site hours are weekdays 6:30am–3:30pm with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of professional experience in admin, data entry, customer service, sales, or logistics preferred.
• On-site availability weekdays 6:30am-3:30pm at the Operations Center in East Mesa.

Responsibilities

• Track vehicles through the auction process.
• Maintain auction inventory at target levels.
• Monitor vehicle movement and secure vehicles at auction.
• Collaborate with state DMVs to obtain transferrable titles.
• Audit auction invoicing and follow up on sale proceeds.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication.
