Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks a Director of RMA and Asset Recovery to lead the nationwide reverse logistics strategy across all warehouse locations. You will maximize capital recovery through vendor returns, warranty claims, and disposition of non-sellable inventory.

This role partners with Purchasing, Inventory Control, Finance, and Operations to standardize processes, improve recovery metrics, and sustain vendor relationships while ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, finance, or related field.
• 10+ years in warehouse, supply chain, or reverse logistics.
• 7+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and recovery programs.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience with inventory management and return authorization systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS systems.
• Ability to travel throughout the U.S. (25%-40%).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute company-wide RMA and asset recovery strategies.
• Manage vendor return and recovery programs.
• Establish RMA policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Drive recovery of vendor credits, allowances, and warranty claims.
• Oversee disposition of obsolete, damaged, and non-sellable inventory.
• Standardize return processes across all warehouse locations.
• Monitor return aging and recovery performance.
• Partner with Purchasing, Inventory Control, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Lead reverse logistics and asset recovery initiatives.
• Negotiate recovery opportunities with manufacturers and suppliers.
