Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks a Director of RMA and Asset Recovery to lead the nationwide reverse logistics strategy across all warehouse locations. You will maximize capital recovery through vendor returns, warranty claims, and disposition of non-sellable inventory.

This role partners with Purchasing, Inventory Control, Finance, and Operations to standardize processes, improve recovery metrics, and sustain vendor relationships while ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, finance, or related field.
  • 10+ years in warehouse, supply chain, or reverse logistics.
  • 7+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and recovery programs.
  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
  • Experience with inventory management and return authorization systems.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS systems.
  • Ability to travel throughout the U.S. (25%-40%).
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Job Summary

This senior leadership position is responsible for developing and executing the company's RMA and Asset Recovery strategy across all warehouse locations. The Director of RMA is accountable for maximizing recovery of company capital through timely return of products to vendors, warranty recovery programs, supplier claims management, reverse logistics processes, and disposition of non-sellable inventory. This role ensures the organization minimizes inventory losses, recovers vendor credits promptly, and optimizes overall return operations while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
