Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks a senior leader to develop and execute the company’s RMA and Asset Recovery strategy across all warehouse locations. The Director of RMA will maximize recovery of capital through timely product returns to vendors, warranty recovery programs, supplier claims management, and disposition of non-sellable inventory.

You will standardize processes, monitor aging and recovery performance, and partner with Purchasing, Inventory Control, Finance, and Operations to drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of warehouse, supply chain, or reverse logistics experience.
• 7+ years of people management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and recovery programs.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience with inventory management and return authorization systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ERP/WMS systems.
• Ability to travel throughout the U.S. (25%-40%)
• Current driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record.

Job Summary

This senior leadership position is responsible for developing and executing the company’s RMA and Asset Recovery strategy across all warehouse locations. The Director of RMA is accountable for maximizing recovery of company capital through timely return of products to vendors, warranty recovery programs, supplier claims management, reverse logistics processes, and disposition of non-sellable inventory. This role ensures the organization minimizes inventory losses, recovers vendor credits promptly, and optimizes overall return operations while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

RMA and Asset Recovery Management

Including, but not limited to:

• Develop and execute company-wide RMA and asset recovery strategies
• Manage vendor return and recovery programs
• Establish RMA policies, procedures, and performance standards
