Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks a senior leader to own the RMA and Asset Recovery strategy across all warehouse locations. Drive capital recovery via vendor returns, warranty recovery, supplier credits, and disposition of non-sellable inventory.

You will partner with Purchasing, Inventory Control, Finance, and Operations to standardize processes, reduce aging, and improve recovery timelines while sustaining strong vendor relationships. Travel 25–40% across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance or related discipline.
• 10+ years in warehouse, supply chain, or reverse logistics.
• 7+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and recovery programs.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience with inventory management and return authorization systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems.
• Willingness to travel 25–40% across the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute company-wide RMA and asset recovery strategies.
• Manage vendor return and recovery programs.
• Establish RMA policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Drive recovery of vendor credits, allowances, and warranty claims.
• Oversee disposition of obsolete, damaged, and non-sellable inventory.
• Standardize return processes across all warehouse locations.
• Monitor return aging and recovery performance.
• Partner with Purchasing, Inventory Control, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Lead reverse logistics and asset recovery initiatives.
• Negotiate recovery opportunities with manufacturers and suppliers.
