Amerit Fleet Solutions seeks an Asset Recovery Manager to lead the asset management and recovery program. You will partner with Operations, People, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business leaders to strengthen controls and reduce financial losses.

The role requires oversight of asset lifecycle, governance, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement, with a hybrid schedule in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, IT or related field.
• 4+ years of asset management, inventory control, logistics, or related experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and standard business applications.

Responsibilities

• Create, administer and improve the asset management and recovery program.
• Manage complex asset recovery matters across separations, transfers, and other events.
• Serve as primary contact for asset management and recovery matters.
• Analyze performance, trends, and metrics to identify risks and improvements.
• Oversee relationships with recovery vendors and internal partners.
• Maintain asset records and reporting for audit readiness.
