Job summary

You will manage a team, coordinate with operations, procurement, finance, and legal, and drive continuous improvement in fleet performance and asset disposition value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, logistics, supply chain, operations, or finance.
• Eight+ years in fleet management, asset recovery, operations, or related fields.
• Three+ years in supervisory or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fleet strategy optimizing utilization, lifecycle, safety, and readiness.
• Oversee investment recovery processes for surplus and retired assets.
• Manage day-to-day fleet services operations ensuring availability and cost-effective performance.
• Coordinate vehicle acquisition, disposal, and end-of-life activities.
• Negotiate service agreements with maintenance vendors and auction partners.
• Monitor fleet and recovery performance metrics and manage budgets for savings opportunities.
• Lead and coach the Fleet Services and Investment Recovery team.
