Job summary

Vylor is seeking a Global Asset Recovery Advisor to manage the surplus asset disposition program across sites worldwide.

You will coordinate asset evaluation, disposition strategies, invoicing, and asset registers while partnering with Finance, Legal, Public Affairs, and site leadership to maximize value and ensure compliance.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and training for employees submitting assets, with a focus on audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, Real Estate, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, financial, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise business systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer the corporate Asset Recovery program and Asset Recovery Site (ARS).
• Evaluate surplus assets and determine disposition strategies.
• Manage global asset recovery activities from submission through final closure.
• Coordinate approvals and stakeholder engagement throughout the disposition process.
• Prepare invoices and sales documentation; track proceeds from asset sales and donations.
• Maintain asset registers and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Public Affairs, and site leadership.
• Provide training and guidance to employees submitting assets for recovery.
