Job summary

Riverside Casino and Golf Resort is seeking a Security Officer to protect guests, staff, and assets while delivering premier guest service. The role covers casino, hotel, parking, and golf course patrols, with responsibilities including incident reporting and rapid response to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class Guest Service to all internal and external guests.
• Patrol property (casino, hotel, parking lots, and golf course) and ensure safety.
• Respond to radio and emergency calls as needed.
• Perform First Aid, CPR, and AED as needed and maintain certification.
• Conduct money transfers and table fills/credits, and monitor drops as needed.
• Write incident reports for post duties.
• Coordinate with other departments and maintain open communication.
• Stand up to 100% of the time.

The Security Officer is responsible for protecting customers, employees, and all assets of Riverside Casino and Golf Resort, while providing superior Guest Service.

Salary: $18.50/hour (including Premium pay and average tips)

Schedule: Full time including, Evenings, Overnights, Weekends and Holidays

Essential Functions:

• Provide first class Guest Service to all internal & external guests.
• Patrol property (casino, hotel, parking lots, and golf course) and ensure the safety of all employees and guests.
• Respond to radio and emergency calls as needed.
• Perform First Aid, CPR, and AED as needed, and maintain certification in these areas when necessary.
• Conduct money transfers and table fills/credits, as well as monitor drops as needed.
• Perform all post duties assigned, to include writing incident reports.
• Work closely with other departments and maintain open communication with all employees.
• Ability to stand up to 100% of the time.

Required:

• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
