Responsibilities

• Resolve theft with good judgment and lawful apprehensions per policy.
• Identify theft trends using reporting and surveillance tools.
• Drive shrinkage reduction through action plans and protection standards.
• Support internal theft investigations via exception-based reporting and surveillance.
• Investigate internal theft by gathering evidence with AP leadership.
• Use video systems to monitor activity and aid investigations.
• Leverage RFID data to track merchandise movements for accuracy.
• Maintain safety and security of customers and staff; report incidents.
• Lead audits and shrinkage training with store teams.
• Serve on the store Emergency Response Team and participate in training.
• Prepare prompt, complete reports for high-profile incidents and investigations.
• Testify in court when summoned for legal proceedings.
• Build partnerships with store leaders, retailers, and local law enforcement.
