Target is seeking an Assets Protection Specialist to help keep guests, team members, and the brand safe. You will monitor activities, resolve incidents, and support store operations while delivering a friendly, helpful guest experience.

The role requires physical stamina, strong communication, and the ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment. Overseeing safety, preventing loss, and documenting incidents are core parts of the day, with training provided.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet state/local licensure or other legal requirements for the position.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.
• Capability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and complete multiple tasks within deadlines.

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support total store sales, guest service and profitability by preventing and resolving theft.
• Identify theft trends using technology, reporting and surveillance tactics.
• Promote a safe, inclusive culture and uphold AP policies and procedures.
