Job summary

WinCo Foods, LLC is seeking an Asset Protection professional to oversee detection, apprehension and processing of shoplifters, maintaining a safe environment for customers, vendors and employees. In this on-site, 24/7 operation, you will de-escalate situations, assist store management, conduct internal investigations, and prepare reports while upholding integrity and customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Detects, apprehends and processes shoplifters per policy and law.
• Maintain a safe store environment and de-escalate situations.
• Assist store management and internal Asset Protection investigations.
• Prepare and submit incident reports and maintain records.
• Travel within defined geographic area to assigned locations.
