Qualifications

• Positive customer service skills used with store personnel and customers.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels.
• Attention to detail, time management, and ability to multi-task.
• Required to stand throughout the shift, no sitting during observed schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain floor awareness and observe behavior indicating possible theft.
• Communicate suspicious behavior to managers.
• Ensure associates' personal belongings are checked prior to leaving the store.
• Thank customers and invite them back as they exit the store.
• Be prepared to stop and confront customers who conceal merchandise.
• Provide detailed information to police for stolen merchandise when needed.
• Protect company assets and financial information by enforcing internal controls and reporting fraud risk.
