Responsibilities

• Maintain floor awareness, observing behavior as an indicator of possible theft.
• Communicate any suspicious behavior to the managers.
• Check every associate's personal belongings prior to leaving the store.
• Thank customers for their business and invite them back.
• Confidently confront customers observed concealing merchandise.
• Provide detailed information to police regarding any theft.
• Ensure accuracy and effectiveness of internal control procedures to protect company assets.
