Responsibilities

• Maintain floor awareness and observe behavior indicating theft.
• Communicate suspicious behavior to managers.
• Assist managers in checking associates' personal belongings before leaving.
• Thank customers and invite them back.
• Be prepared to stop and confront customers observed concealing merchandise.
• Provide detailed information to police of stolen merchandise.
• Protect assets and report potential fraud risks to management.
