Position Purpose:

The Asset Protection Specialist is responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud, supporting safety and environmental program compliance in their assigned store(s). Responsibilities include:

• Identifying incidents of theft and fraud
• Reviewing CCTV and exception reports
• Monitoring physical security
• Auditing Electronic Article Surveillance
• Driving a shrink elimination culture
• Preparing detailed case reports
• Preserving evidence and interacting with law enforcement
• Testifying in court
• Reporting hazardous conditions

The specialist must act with integrity, respond to asset protection concerns, and focus on store-specific objectives while supporting operational responsibilities.
