This role involves various responsibilities across multiple domains including Data and Digital Literacy, Environmental Protection, Operational Excellence, Partnership Collaboration, Employee Health and Safety, Asset Protection Security, EHS Training Delivery, Risk Management, Process Improvement, Influential Communication, Transportation Operations, and more. The position requires a comprehensive understanding of these areas to ensure effective performance and compliance with relevant laws and policies.
The responsibilities include articulating data levers, ensuring data quality, supporting environmental and operational policies, collaborating with stakeholders, participating in safety inspections, managing asset protection, delivering training, conducting risk assessments, improving processes, communicating effectively, overseeing transportation operations, and fostering a respectful and ethical workplace environment.
Candidates must have either a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Occupational Safety Management, Criminal Justice, Environmental Science, or related disciplines, or at least 2 years of experience in Environmental, Health and Safety, Asset Protection, or Security within Supply Chain or Retail sectors. All candidates are required to complete necessary training programs successfully.
Preferred candidates will hold certifications such as Associate Safety Professional, Loss Prevention Certifications (LPC), Certified Security Professional (CSP), or have investigative or asset protection experience in retail or warehouse environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and OneDrive is also desirable.
