Job summary

Old Navy is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator to drive safety and shortage reduction across our stores. You will investigate theft, train teams, and work with law enforcement to protect people and products within our family of brands, including Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Athleta.

You’ll engage in security audits, incident reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to build a proactive culture of safety, accountability, and inclusivity across our retail network.

Qualifications

• Strong investigative and analytical capabilities essential.
• Experience coordinating with law enforcement or legal teams.
• Ability to train and influence store teams on safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into theft using surveillance, data, and case tools.
• Partner with store leadership to identify shortage risks and prevent losses.
• Train store teams on safety protocols and incident reporting.
• Collaborate with law enforcement to build and prosecute cases.
• Perform regular security audits to ensure policy compliance.
• Support emergency preparedness planning for safety incidents.
• Analyze incident trends and share insights with AP leadership.
• Represent AP in store-level meetings and promote safety culture.
