Job summary

Gap Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator to execute safety and shortage-reduction strategies across stores.

You will investigate theft, train store teams, and collaborate with law enforcement to protect people and products. You will perform regular security audits, analyze incident trends, and represent AP in store meetings to foster a culture of safety and accountability across Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic and Athleta.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into internal and external theft using surveillance and data analysis.
• Partner with store leadership to identify shortage risks and implement prevention strategies.
• Train store teams on safety protocols, theft deterrence, and incident reporting systems.
• Collaborate with law enforcement to build and prosecute cases.
• Perform regular security audits to ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Support emergency preparedness and store crisis response planning.
• Analyze incident trends and share insights with AP leadership.
• Represent AP in store-level meetings and promote a culture of safety and accountability.
