Position Purpose: The Asset Protection Specialist is primarily responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud, supporting safety and environmental program compliance in their assigned store(s). Responsibilities include:

1. Identifying incidents of theft and fraud.
2. Reviewing CCTV and exception reports.
3. Monitoring physical security.
4. Auditing Electronic Article Surveillance.
5. Driving a shrink elimination culture.
6. Preparing detailed case reports, preserving evidence, interacting with law enforcement, and testifying in court.
7. Reporting hazardous conditions to the Manager on Duty.
8. Minimizing injury risks and demonstrating integrity at all times.

The role requires responding to asset protection concerns, supporting operational objectives, and maintaining safety and security standards.
